St. George was a blast, and much needed. It was good to spend time with family and friends. Chase and I got Parade of Homes tickets, there were 30 and we hit all 30. It was a crazy 5 days, but so fun and worth it. Lillie was able to spend time with her cousins, while Chase and I got out alone for the first time in a long time, and Emma was nice enough to babysit Edie for me when she wasn't napping.
We got to go out to eat with Corey and Brooke at an Indian restaurant, which was so good. I would go back even though we waited almost 2 hours before we were seated.
We were able to go see Dustin and Laura, we talked while Jack and Lillie played, and Gus and Edie slept. I'm so grateful for Chase's friends who have become mine. They're like family to me.
All in all the trip was much too short, and I can't wait to go back as soon as possible.
