Christmas came and went all too soon. There was a LOT of time spent with family and making memories.
Having a two year old at Christmas time, might be the best. She loved every aspect.
She constantly talked about Santa Claus, Rudolph, Frosty, the lights on every house, the ornaments on the trees, and the Christmas movies (especially Santa Claus, Home Alone and The Grinch).
She got a baby doll, books, coat and some bows from us, and a little cooking set from her Grandma and Grandpa Jensen. She's been carrying around the baby doll, and the baking set, ever since. She's just a little obsessed.
Edith enjoyed her first Christmas fast asleep, while Lillie opened her gifts.
We didn't take any pictures on Christmas Day, so right before I took the tree down, I put the girls back into their Christmas pajamas (carrying on the tradition that my mother did for us), and bribed Lillie with treats to give me a good smile, I think it worked.
I love these two, and this holiday. I have a feeling it's just going to get better from here on out.
