We were a little unsure about driving all the way to Logan for Chase's work party this summer. The drive is long, and sometimes the food not so good haha. It always reminds me of a big family reunion, super casual, crappy food and awkward games. Everyone was supposed to bring a boat they build for the race down the river. We kind of poopod it, until we got there. The guys in this company can convince Chase to do anything.
I ran to the car with a few supplies and constructed a bow really fast. For being such a quick job, it worked pretty dang well. We had a better time than we ever anticipated.
It was good to get some fresh air and spend some time together. It was even better when Lillie fell asleep in the back and Chase and I had some one on one time, which we don't have very often.
