(I'll crop this photo later so it doesn't have the writing on it, but I wanted to get this post written, because it's an important one.)
Out of all of Chase's family members that I first met, I would say that Richard was the kindest. From the moment we met I felt loved, like I felt loved by my Grandpa Craven. They had a lot of similar qualities, and I always looked forward to our visits (although they were few and far between). He meant the world to Chase. I could tell by the way he talked about him, and to him, full of love. Whenever we went to St. George, he was a priority, and I loved it.
When he passed, it was like it was my own grandfather passing, which I didn't expect. My heart yearns to see him again, which is weird to say after only knowing him for almost 2 years.
This picture was taken the Thanksgiving before he passed. We all knew it would be soon, but a month later was too soon. We just had Lillie, and he was too week to even hold her, but we find joy in the fact that they were able to meet in this life.
